Since there was no old business, the President moved on to New Business.
Penny brought up the matter of our meetings. We are paying a lot for Custodian charges and suggested that we find another space to hold our meetings. Lower Allen Storage may have a free meeting space. Any suggestions can be forwarded to the Board. A time of 9:30 A.M. -11:30 A.M. meeting time was agreed on. Because the April meeting needs
to be held in the library, a suggestion was made to cancel the April meeting. A motion to cancel it was made by Jim McAffee, seconded by Ralph Collins. The motion carried. Penny will submit a new letter about the meeting which will be sent out by Steve Mullin.
A suggestion was made to alternate East and
Steve discussed bulletin board space and the grievance filed on that.

The Local should buy books for Union Stewards titled "The Legal Rights of Union Stewards." They cost $13.00 each.
The Grievance Process is as follows: Step 1 - Supervisor, Step 2 - Human Resources,

Yours in Unity,
